The locker sits inside the markets, so it follows centre trading hours rather than being available around the clock.
Good to know
The locker is only reachable when the markets are open
Carrara trades weekends. Plan your drop-off and pick-up around Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 3pm. You get seven days to collect once your match is ready, so a weekend either side is plenty.
You never meet the other person
You drop your item in one compartment and collect yours from another. The locker handles the handoff, so there is no arranging a time and no one turning up at your door.
Check your item before you accept it
Open it right there at the locker. If something is not as described you have 24 hours to raise it, and the other person’s bond covers you.
Large compartments are scarce
Most of the bank takes flat items. If yours is bigger than a shoebox it may wait for a large compartment to free up, so list early rather than on the day.
