Pickup is from a SwapBox locker at Robina Town Centre, so we don't need to meet or agree a time. I drop the item in and photograph it first. You see the item before any money is taken, and your money is held until you accept.

- come when it suits them, hold their code up to the scanner, and their door opens. They look at the item before touching it. Happy, and it is theirs. Not what the photos showed, and they say so at the door and pay nothing.

Who is protected, and how
You keep the item until someone has paid.
The door does not open for a buyer until their money is held.
Their money is held, not taken.
It reaches you after they have opened the door and seen what they came for.
SwapBox does not inspect, value or authenticate anything, and does not check who anyone is. What it does is hold the item and hold the money until the handover is finished.
What gets recorded
Two photographs, both timestamped.
The seller takes one at drop-off. You take one if you flag a problem. We keep both with the time they were taken.
What it costs
The buyer pays nothing. Under $30, neither do you. From $30, you pay one flat fee, once the sale completes.
