Wait, this is actually free?
There's a small swap fee ($2-5 depending on item value), plus we hold an escrow deposit equal to what you're receiving. But you're not SPENDING money—you're swapping what you have for what you want. The escrow gets released back to you when you accept the item. It's security, not a cost.
What can I swap?
Right now: clothes, games, books. Soon: electronics, home goods, sports equipment, kids stuff— whatever the community wants.
What if I don't like what I get?
You inspect it AT the locker before accepting. If it's damaged, dirty, or not what was described? Reject it. You get the OTHER person's escrow deposit as compensation. They lose money, you don't.
Do I have to meet the other person?
Nope. You go to the locker when it's convenient for you. They go when it's convenient for them. You'll probably never see each other—unless you both happen to choose the same time, but even then, no interaction required.
Where are these magic lockers?
Shopping centers, apartment buildings, anywhere there are smart parcel lockers. When you match with someone, we suggest the most convenient locker for both of you.
How will I know people won't send me junk?
Because it costs them money if they do. Every swap has escrow
both ways. Send junk = lose your deposit + get banned.
Plus, our AI learns who’s trustworthy. Good swappers get matched
with other good swappers. Bad actors get frozen out fast.
What if nobody wants my stuff?
Our AI only suggests swaps when there's mutual interest. If your item isn't in demand, we'll tell you what similar items ARE swapping successfully, or suggest better photos/ descriptions that help it match.
